Well hey there!
We are Shan & Jess from The Nourish Box and we would like to extend a warm welcome & a huge thank you for checking us out. We met through our kids’ local primary school a few years ago (between us we have 5) & quickly bonded over our obsession for highland cows, red wine, Seinfeld and delicious food. Not a day would go by where we weren’t discussing recipes or the latest foodie podcast we were devouring, even now.
Conceptually The Nourish Box grew because it is a service that we wanted! As busy working mums, it’s often hard to find the time, the energy or the creativity needed to put interesting, nourishing meals on the table. We are passionate about evoking joy at meals times & creating connection within our community through healthy, nutritious plant-based food – without the hassle & without the wastage!

The low-down on Shannon
Self confessed condiment queen, lover of black coffee, ocean swims, margaritas and Elvis movies. In her past life, Shannon worked in the Film & Television industry & is a qualified Holistic Counsellor. Now she prefers kitchen dance parties and quick fire rounds of UNO with her daughter Marlo and two boys Hudson & Archer.
Mum of two cheeky munchkins, Zach and Indi, wife to pizza maker extraordinaire, Ash, Jess is a nature loving, pinot drinking Yogi who wants to travel more and is fascinated by how the mind works. Jess’s background is in Psychology/Psychophysiology and she is a qualified Yoga instructor.
