This picture was taken on our very first #swimrise, a tradition we have adopted from our Irish friends, Dave and Steve of The Happy Pear. Basically you jump in the ocean at sunrise! It's an incredible way to start the day. Who else would be up for a #swimrise? We will celebrate the first day of spring with a community swimrise on Sunday September 1st, more info to come! Check in with us often as ideas are brewing... In the meantime you can learn all about the phenomenal, inspirational Happy Pear at https://thehappypear.ie

Well hey there!

We are Shan & Jess from The Nourish Box and we would like to extend a warm welcome & a huge thank you for checking us out. We met through our kids’ local primary school a few years ago (between us we have 5) & quickly bonded over our obsession for highland cows, red wine, Seinfeld and delicious food. Not a day would go by where we weren’t discussing recipes or the latest foodie podcast we were devouring, even now.

Conceptually The Nourish Box grew because it is a service that we wanted! As busy working mums, it’s often hard to find the time, the energy or the creativity needed to put interesting, nourishing meals on the table. We are passionate about evoking joy at meals times & creating connection within our community through healthy, nutritious plant-based food – without the hassle & without the wastage!

We hope you enjoy these mouthwatering tried & tested recipes as much as we do. xo
