Emilly created the gorgeous Peanut Noodle Stir Fry this month

Emilly Sonsie is a Melbourne mum with a passion for increasing the Wellbeing of others and for Whole Food Plant Based cooking. She advocates for Veganism by sharing deliciously healthy food and her thriving vegan family on Instagram at @emillysonsie. Alongside her partner Michael, who is also vegan, they are raising their son, Hunter 2.5 years old, who has been vegan since birth and already has developed a strong sense of compassion for the animals and has a strong desire to eat all the fruit, avocado and hummus you can find. Emilly has just released a plant based recipe eBook, Whole Food for the Whole Family which has over 250 recipes inside. She is also running her own wellbeing business, Cultivating Positivity, and sells excellent resources to help improve your overall Wellbeing. Emilly hopes that by openly sharing her family’s life and how they have navigated raising a vegan child in a non-vegan society that it she can instil confidence in others to do the same and together we can help to raise the next generation of vegan children and change the world.
